1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PropFirmSuccess ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Informational Purpose Only

All content on this Site, including but not limited to comparison data, fit scores, rankings, metrics, and analysis, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to purchase, sell, or engage with any proprietary trading firm, evaluation, or funded account program.

3. No Endorsement or Recommendation

The inclusion of any firm, program, or product on this Site does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of that firm's legitimacy, safety, solvency, or suitability. Fit scores are user-configured comparison tools that reflect only the weights the user selects, applied to publicly listed program terms. They are not ratings, reviews, or assessments of trustworthiness.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

The Site and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the information is current, error-free, or complete. Firm terms, pricing, payout structures, and rules may change at any time without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PropFirmSuccess, its owners, operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or reliance on the Site, its content, fit scores, comparison data, or any linked third-party services, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.

6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading and purchasing decisions. Before purchasing any evaluation, challenge, or funded account, you must independently verify all terms, pricing, rules, and conditions directly with the firm. You acknowledge that prop firm terms change frequently and that the Site may not reflect the most current information at all times.

6a. Accounts

You may create an account to access the trade analytics dashboard. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Site, bypass rate limits, or violate these Terms.

6b. Your Trade Data

You retain ownership of any trade history, tags, notes, and trading account metadata you import or enter into the Site ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Data solely to deliver the dashboard features to you. We do not sell Your Data, use it for advertising, or share it with prop firms, brokers, or any third party. Your Data is stored under Row-Level Security policies that restrict access to your account only. You can export or delete Your Data at any time through the dashboard.

6c. Analytics Are Not Advice

Dashboard features including but not limited to the equity curve, win rate, profit factor, drawdown, streaks, firm-fit score, and any other computed metric are generated mechanically from the trade data you supply. They are descriptive summaries of historical performance — not predictions, trading signals, recommendations, or financial advice. Firm-fit scores reflect a replay of your past trades against a firm's published rules at the time we ingested them; firm rules change, and actual evaluations may apply additional criteria we do not model. You alone are responsible for any decisions you make based on dashboard output.

6d. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) upload data that does not belong to you or that you do not have the right to process; (b) attempt to access other users' data or bypass our authorization controls; (c) scrape, crawl, or automate requests to the Site beyond the rate limits we enforce; (d) use the Site to build a competing product or to resell our data; (e) upload malware, attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, or otherwise disrupt the Site.

7. Affiliate and Commercial Links

This Site may contain affiliate links or other commercial links. When you click on these links and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence which firms are included on the Site, how fit scores are calculated, or how data is presented. All affiliate or commercial links are labeled as such where they appear.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PropFirmSuccess, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on any content provided on the Site.

9. Third-Party Content

The Site may link to or display information from third-party websites and services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, services, or practices. Your interactions with third-party firms are solely between you and the third party.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names, trademarks, and logos does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
