How does the 10-day free trial work?
Sign up and get 10 days of access plus storage for up to 5,000 trades — no card required. After the trial, uploads are paused unless you upgrade. Your existing trades, accounts, and analytics stay accessible either way. Upgrading lifts the storage cap to 100,000 trades and unlocks every advanced diagnostic.
What happens to my data if I don't upgrade?
Nothing — your trades, accounts, and analytics stay exactly where they are. After the 10-day trial you simply can't add new trades until you upgrade. Pick up where you left off whenever you do.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — one click from Settings → Billing opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel. You keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period, with no prorated charges or fees.
What platforms can I import trades from?
Any platform that exports a trade list as CSV — including NinjaTrader, Tradovate, and Rithmic. If your broker can give you a CSV of closed trades, we can read it.
How is my trade data secured?
Every row is protected by Postgres row-level security — even we can only query your data with your explicit auth session. Payments run on Stripe, so we never see your card details.
Do I need a prop firm account to use this?
No. The firm-fit features are a bonus — plenty of retail traders use the equity curve, heatmaps, and R-multiple tracking on their own live accounts without touching an evaluation.
What if I need a refund?
